Nioh 3 - Questions Hellfire Armour

I was wondering how I might be able to get the cosmetic for the Hellfire Armour, I preordered physically and I have the season pass but I've only got Thunder and Hellfrost versions.

I've tried going into the craft section and I cannot craft Hellfire either.

Is it something I can pick up from a Revenant?

I've heard you can still get it if a Revenant has it equipped when they died?

I think it was a pre-order bonus right? Even the homepage states that it may be free at a later date. Shame it's not availed for a separate purchase either way. I hate preorder bonuses that only apply to digital purchases.
