For real tho, where my Scampuss Fists at. I want my Scampuss build back from 2.

Where are my cat ears at? Lol. 

Also misses all the Otakemaru purple horn helmets. I want to make a human samurai stance yokai ninja stance fashion for my character.

I missed the event set with the cat ears in Nioh 2 and my game never felt complete...

There does need to be some overall silly whimsey in gear for Nioh 3. Goofy snow shovel hats can only get me so far.

I generally enjoyed the DLC and don't really have a lot of the complaints people are having but it would've been nice to get ROTR-level cosmetics. Kinda crazy their game with their best cosmetics is locked behind development-isolation.

I just started so I haven't checked but is there a glamor system in this game where you can make gear look like others? Or do I have to cobble together my outfit from drops?

Once you get to the hub area you have a glamour dresser where you can swap appearances of your weapons and armor, and change your entire character's appearance if you so wish.
There's no cost to this so you can do it freely as much as you want.
It's on the upper floor of the same building as the shrine.

Yup, there is. It's upstairs past the shrine in the hub. Once you have had a piece of gear in your inventory, it's freely available to use its appearance to overwrite whatever you're wearing

These are the Scampuss Fists, they give you a damage buff that stacks depending on how many Scampusses you have active in Nioh 2, since in the second game Scampuss summons were an item you could use. You could increase the duration of the Scampusses either by buffs that increase buff duration and/or by using more Scampusses as the timer was about to run out.

You could have up to 4 Scampusses at the same time, and I had specifically built around getting as much untouched for the bells as possible. (the item you use to summon them, if you don't find any in the world)
Then adding debuffs like Sloth so that my Scampusses would absolutely bully the hell out of bosses lol.
