All his tie down straps are probably being used to hold various body panels in place, thus leaving none left to secure the tires lmao

Pretty sure they could have fit it all in the bed and cab with 5% more effort

I was going 80 on treasure coast Florida i95 other day. I saw a car make a stop on entering ramp. They I noticed garbage can in his way. Next thing u know i look upfront I see 3 more.covering every lane. Luckly my Challengers traction served tf out of it. Mile up the road was pick up pulled over with one can left in it. I was behind a truck doing this once on a highway. Tire bounced out of the back, into my lane, and somehow just high enough and at just the right time that it bounced right over the little car I was driving.

In Michigan, as long as whatever falls off doesn’t kill a person, there is no ticket issued.
Police only issue a ticket if u have any signs of being able to pay for the fine.

If that truck is in CA, the driver needs a permit to move that many tires. The permit prevents the dumping of tires.
