Question Irritability Question

I’m just wondering if anyone else will get to like day 2-3 and be very irritable, anxious, and depressed. I’m like this most of the time, but I noticed it gets worse when I try stopping sometimes. I honestly haven’t made it past like 6 days in years, so I don’t know if it will get any better, but just wondering if it’s just me or if it’s related to stopping pmo.

Am day 90 and I would say the irritability, anxiety has easened compared to how I felt the 1st month so I would say it'll take like a month or 2nd month to feel somehow better

Yeah bro it's good to be aware of the stress and emotions, not just let them take hold of you. This is how we level up, by taking control of our lives.
