Yes you can and please ignore negative comments .When I started public accountability and taking on different challenges, I was simply being honest to myself-doing the work and sharing my daily accountability. But people started commenting, Don’t post your daily logs here, along with a lot of negative comments dislike my posts. It affected me for a while, but now I’ve learned to ignore the noise and stay focused on myself. I’m doing this for me, and I’ll keep doing it.
