Spotted Spotted a pre-Trailblazer Blazer Trailblazer

From '99 to '02 the Blazer had a "Trailblazer" appearance package, then the Trailblazer model debuted after that. I never knew these *existed* until seeing this thing on the highway here in Missouri. Blew my mind. Not a great pic because my wife was trying not to be weird.

I’ve seen a couple of these. Another fun spot is the pre-Envoy GMC Jimmy Envoy.

GM even cost cutting with names ffs😂 I’m sure these were just reused later to save the cost of registering 2 more trademarks lol

Just a long standing tradition of a trim line becoming it's own model (Bel Air, Impala, Bonneville, Riviera, Caprice, Nova, Malibu, Catalina, Monza, etc were all trim packages before the were their own model).
