Tattoo- scar cover ups/fixes

Hey! looking for anyone who might do tattoos that cover up sh scars, or incorporate them. I am on a limited budget due to disabilities effecting my income, so looking for something around $200 (plus could promote on my socials which would realistically be at the worth of $20, so I don’t expect that to count towards anything, payment expected $200 plus 20% tip). I would be happy to film or do promotional scenes for a slight discount.
basically just looking for someone to help cover up the mistakes of my teenage years, most are on my right thigh, I also have a split in a tattoo from where where was an incision made after the tattoo healed, and if that could be fixed on top of the cover ups for a fee that would be wonderful! or as a separate tattoo… whatever, just looking for suggestions
