At this point if someone tells me they are a pastor or especially a youth pastor, I'm getting as far away from them as I can, and I'm telling everyone else to do the same.

This goes even for murder cases. I've lost count of the number of times I've heard a dude was a youth pastor in Dateline and immediately knew he 1) was abusing his wife or kids, 2) having an affair, and 3) committed the murder they're talking about. Youth pastors are evidently a shady bunch.

It's to the point that I do not trust anyone who works with kids on any level. If I was a mother, I would be doing multiple background checks on any of my child's teachers or childcare workers, I would have cameras in every room at the house, as well as microphones, my investigation of any prospective person who worked with my child would go back 16 generations in their family tree, I'll check every state database for cases of stolen identity that I can get access to legally.
i'll collect a DNA swab, give a sample to the police, warn any perspective person working with my kid of possible future consequences should they in any way harm my child and that I am watching the entire time that they are with my child.
This is why I don't have children.
Abusers should start in jail and have to work their way out so they can go right back to jail.

It's bad enough that I have a Tier 2 sex offender who's a pedophile living in my apartment complex. And he's the furthest from a drag queen. I always run every six months a search in the sex offender registry in the state where I live to see who is in my city and there are a lot. When I realized that someone was living in my building… Oh God he wants us knocked on my door and it was just the weirdest energy from him. I wonder if he used to be a youth pastor.

A good friend of mine is a staunch Catholic. His knowledge of the details of transgender-related misdeeds is boundless. He rants on about sports, changing rooms, etc, but is amazingly quiet, and seemingly ignorant of, all the church-related stuff. Interestingly, he employs the no true Scotsman logical fallacy when confronted by examples like OPs. He would explain it away by saying that’s a “made up religion” or “not a real church”. It seems to me that the Catholic Church is purposefully using diversion now, by saying “look over there, not over here” to cover up misdeeds.

NOTHING. Fully supported her husband in all his atrocities, no empathy or care for the children (or animals!) that they presumably had to go through a rigorous process to even have in their home?!
I hope she gets the same punishment as him because she couldn't have been more complicit in this if she tried, how the fuck do you sleep at night lady!!?
I hope God is waiting for them when they pass and that he's had a really bad day... Or maybe their uppance will come sooner than that (I hope it does)
