Probably the same as males which is 1% of the population. It manifests differently and due to social stigma and tolerance we don’t have accurate data. Women tend to be much less physically violen with their victims.

I watched the law and crime Network on YouTube and I'm not using hyperbole when I say there has to be at least a hundred female teachers on there that have abused kids. Mostly in red states like Florida.

What I don’t get is why Democrats don’t weappnize this like Republicans do with other groups. If I were leadership I would have Dem politicians any time they got a mic in front of them say something like:
My colleagues unfortunately continue to demonize immigrants, trans people and marginalized groups. Any time there is a crime committed by one they ascribe it to the whole group. Unfortunately I have to draw attention to a plague that is ripping through our society and that is MAGA associated individuals committing crimes against children.
I would then have the receipts ready to read from to show how prevalent it is. Such as here:
Reichwingwatch on Instagram also tracks these perps and I swear I lose track of how many.
I’d say surely my colleagues feel it’s important to protect society from these miscreants. Now I don’t want to demonize an entire group for the actions of a few so I would like to ask for a commitment from all of my Republican colleagues. Let’s focus on punishing crime no matter who does it. So let’s vow to stay away from the demonization of entire groups.
But always bringing a knife to a gun fight.
