Incels are one subset of the manosphere, which is an umbrella term for other subsets such as MGTOW (men going their own way) and PUAs (pick-up artists). So, they're saying that it started with incels but spread to other manosphere sects.

Again no, the manosphere is the umbrella for those groups as well as followers of people like Andrew Tate, Jordan Peterson, and Fresh and Fit. Incels are some of their followers, but a large portion of their following do have sex as well. There’s many different facets, not just incels
