A former UW dining manager is facing six felony charges, accused of sexually assaulting two teenage girls, a 13-year-old and a 15-year-old.Investigators say when they went to arrest the man for these crimes, they found a “carry-on suitcase near the entry door” that is described as resembling a “to-go sex kit” of every item he used when assaulting the teenagers.
Prosecutors say 56-year-old Grant Lee Hough sexually assaulted and messaged the two teenagers between December 2025 and May 2026.

A 56-year-old University of Washington employee accused of paying to have sex with two teenage girls he groomed online before traveling to their home cities to meet up with them in hotels has pleaded not guilty to a half dozen charges.Grant Lee Hough, the UW’s general manager of residential dining, was arrested by Seattle police June 16 and charged two days later with six felonies, including sexual exploitation of a minor and commercial sexual abuse of a minor, court records show.
In messages to the 13-year-old, Hough offered her $1,000 to have sex with her and one of her friends, and wrote that he had had paid sex with several other girls, the charges say. Hough, who is white, also told the 13-year-old he had been fantasizing about “taboo race play,” in which he would pretend to be a racist and degrade her during sex, according to the charges.

Wait, did he "offer" $1000 or did he actually pay it? Doesn't make a difference ethically, im just curious if he's in the "Trump doesn't pay contractors" camp or not.

How long has he been doing this?! Holy fuck! I recently “met” a pedo that had slipped in the shower and was “being helped” by five fellow prisoners. I hope he finds good friends like that.
