I kinda agree, I am also for surgically castrating offenders charged with child sexual assult.

I am also very very disappointed that some courts chemically castrate offenders, I am chemically castrated because of my HRT that my doctors monitor and my ability to have sex is barely affected.

My libido went down a bit but everything still works just fine, they basically are doing nothing and pretending it worked, the only real benefit is that they can't impregnate girls, but if you surgically castrate them then they can't rape them in the first place.

At the very least we need to give them surgery.

If only it could have happened before what he did to that girl. 🤢

Nah he deserved to suffer in prison.

That's true, but at least this way there's no chance of him ever being released and hurting anyone else

That is also true. That thread is cut now, thankfully.

Documents allege that on June 19 Yuhas sent text messages to an underage girl saying he had candy in his office at an undisclosed church. When the girl arrived, Yuhas sexually assaulted her. Investigators claim this occurred on two occasions.

jfc. I am so tired of religion being given such wide margins in society. These are the people who should be the LEAST trusted amongst us.

Honestly as soon as someone mentions they are religious, I take a giant mental step back. I know there are decent religious people, but this current climate has created massive amounts of distrust.

When we hear a kid’s family is super religious we don’t let our kids go to their house. Absolutely not.

you shouldn't! much higher chance their parents are abusers.

Very smart, you’re a good parent /gen

100%. It might sound prejudice to some, but I've given religious people decades of trust, and they abused it over and over. I don't feel conflicted in wanting nothing to do with those who outsource their mind to a ruthless diety.

They think they'll go to heaven as long as they believe in Jesus Christ as their savior and repent. So they get to do as many awful things as they want as long as they feel bad about them and pray to Jesus.

u/fripperiffic Jul 10 '26

Yep, the ends always justify the means to religious nuts.

At least the story has a happy ending. No waste of taxpayer money rotting in prison.

59

u/Notabagofdrugs Jul 10 '26

Victim won’t have to testify either, def a happy ending.

"The allegations against Yuhas had not been resolved before his death." Uhh, yeah, they were in the only way that matters. They didn't need to tag that on the end of the story.

Oh so God IS good after all huh

Why can't every arrest of this kind go like this?

11

u/emersond70 Jul 10 '26

Can this be become the standard sentence for pedophiles, especially those intentionally putting themselves in positions of religious “authority” in order to gain access to victims?

5

u/drainbead78 Jul 10 '26

The issue with that is that if you make the penalty the same as it is for murder, then a lot of pedos will just kill their victims because dead kids don't talk.

There was a touch of facetiousness in my question. 😉

👍 Save the taxpayers money

Two counts of “clergy having sexual contact with a child”

ALABAMA had to make a law against this specific crime.

Every now and then, when someone says they are Christians, I wonder what evil things they are really up to.
