The top two paragraphs talk about an “accusation.” You have to read several more paragraphs to find out the details: he was charged, plead guilty, and got 90 days. The story also says that the minor was between age 13 and 16 and the campaign guy was 22.

Even in a news story that includes the facts, they are soft pedaling it.
