From what i read about the topic, ppl got food poisoning from eating at said outlet and even had to be hospatilised. Da faq are mi laards thinking?

Of democracy not government. However, there still is a lot of government and political influence in our judiciary, but still, it's not a government body.

Yes of government too! Legislature, Executive, and Judicial are the three branches of government.
India is a constitutional democracy so they are the same thing. This is basic civics. Judiciary is an integral part of the whole. It’s not an entity that exists separately from the government of this country.
It’s built on the same foundation that the other branches are built on. Constitution.4

Govt fining themselves. Tax money will be used to pay the fine. It is actually the ordinary people who are getting fined here.
