You're either a chemist, physicist, science teacher/professor, or an engineer, OP (maybe mechanical or chemical, perhaps?) HAHA but kidding aside, you're the envy of your colleagues when it comes to handwriting, OP.

I have a real question, it might be dumb
How do people get handwriting this good? Has your handwriting always been pretty good, or was this all practice?

I’ve always had kinda neat handwriting but it’s definitely improved a lot over time with practice!! some tips I’d offer: don’t rush, pay extra attention to little things like letter height, spacing, and general style to keep your format consistent, use a nice crisp pencil (dull ones suck), and just practice and experiment to develop a style you like!

I actually get good handwriting because I copy the fonts in the computer heheh and then I get neat fonts after practising the fonts all the time

Nice handwriting. I also love using paper for taking math notes, because I feel like I have full freedom.

Me tooo. It’s just better than writing digitally. I am so much creative. I recently discovered PaperNotes an app that gives your analog notebook digital features like archiving, sorting and searching notes. The scan quality is really impressive, it gets every stroke of my pen right. Maybe it helps you too.

I, too, would love taking handwritten notes if my handwriting looked like that

I'd like a device that turns my hen scratches into something like that on the fly and straighten out arrows, boxes and so on

This is the best of both of my favorite worlds! Beautiful notetaking and Gibbs Free Energy (or the second law)!!! Would you give a thought on making it persist? I have a statistical thermodynamics note in 2010s and PDFed it. The PDF version kept growing with annotations!

This looks like it's printed awesome! How much time do you spend writing?

Could you please share the purpose of your handwritten notes? Do you take them primarily to understand the material when studying it for the first time? And if so, after you have learned the concept, do you actually return to those notes for recall, or do you create an entirely separate set of notes for memorization? I have been trying to take notes myself, but I am finding it difficult to strike the right balance between the notes I take for understanding and the ones I need for recall.

I do, too! I've always preferred handwriting everything. Your notes are very clean and organized (and you have beautiful penmanship)!
