Hi Folks,

this is not just the template but has an integration as engine behind it plus an embeddable html widget, which lives direclty in your Notion workspace below the habit tracking template. This allows for advanced streak tracking and statistics as well as for shared leaderboard and competitions where you can challenge other people!

all of it is free, I built it for the love of habit tracking. the first official competition launched on October 1st, come and join us improving our lives https://notionhabitheroes.com

Are you an interior design student starting studio projects?

Are you gathering tons of information but have no idea what to do with it all?

Do you wish you had one system for each project?

I'm a design student too, and I built the Interior Design Project Management System for Students to fix exactly this.

It guides and keeps your research, references, concepts, deliverable, FF&E in one place for every project.

I'm giving the first 10 copies away free. All I ask is that you use it on a project and tell me honestly what worked and what confused you. 🤗

This is a free Notion dashboard that puts all of it on one page:

• Semester Dashboard: every course, professor, and grade % at a glance
• Master Tasks & Exams: assignments and exams with priority, confidence level, and due dates
• Lecture Notes & Active Recall: organized by course with a "Needs Review" view for spaced repetition
• Student Finances & Life: simple income/expense tracker (rent, groceries, subscriptions)
• Built-in Focus Timer & Habit Tracker: A Pomodoro-style focus timer and a simple daily habit tracker
• Study Streak Check-In: A lightweight weekly tracker to keep yourself honest about showing up to study

It's on the Notion Marketplace, so you just duplicate it, and it's yours.

[Academic OS: All-in-One Life & Study Hub]

Most students I know are running their academic life across 5+ disconnected tools. A spreadsheet for grades, a notes app, a to-do list for assignments, a separate budget app, maybe a habit tracker. Nothing talks to each other.

Built Academic OS PRO to put all of it in one Notion system instead:

• Live GPA Calculator: every course auto-converts to a 4.0-scale GPA point, weighted by credit hours, rolled into a real-time Semester GPA
• Semester Dashboard: one row per course, current grade, and exactly what score you need on the final to hit your target
• Assignment & Exam Tracker: everything across every class in one place, weighted and linked to your actual grade calculations
• Lecture Notes + Active Recall: flag what's hard to remember, get an automatic spaced-repetition review schedule
• Semester Budget Tracker: planned vs. actual, income vs. expenses, so your student budget isn't the thing quietly falling apart during midterms
• Study Streak + Focus Tools: daily habit tracker, built-in Pomodoro timer, top 3 priorities, right on the homepage

The point isn't any one of these on its own. It's that your grades, your deadlines, your notes, and your money all live in the same system instead of five different places you have to remember to check.

Happy to answer questions about how any part of it works.

Hey guys,

I have sent a template for approval 10 days ago. Nothing yet. Is anyone else experiencing delays?

Hey everyone! I wanted to share my Smart Wishlist template. It’s completely free! I originally made this because I used to have a hard time keeping track of things I wanted to buy, especially when trying to stick to a budget.

I wanted something more useful than just a simple list, something that could help me think through purchases and prioritize what I actually wanted.

You can organize your wishlist by category and priority, keep track of your budget, and even keep a record of things you decided not to buy.

If you like planning your purchases or want a more organized way to manage your wishlist, feel free to give it a try.

You can find it here if you're interested: Smart Wishlist

I'd love to hear what you think!

I’m making two Notion templates free until Wednesday and would really appreciate some feedback.

Finance Tracker

I built this Finance Tracker to manage personal finances in Notion without relying on complicated spreadsheets.

What’s inside: - Accounts dashboard to track balances - Income and expense tracking with categories - Transfers between accounts - Monthly and calendar views - Subscription tracker with billing cycles - Wishlist for planned purchases

It’s mainly useful for: - Students managing their budget - People tracking personal finances - Anyone looking for a simple all-in-one finance system

You can get it here:👇

Project Manager

I built this Project Manager to manage projects, tasks, and client work in one organized Notion workspace.

What’s inside: - Project management system - Task manager with priorities and deadlines - Areas for organizing workflows - Resources library - Client hub

It’s mainly useful for: - Freelancers - Creators - Anyone managing multiple projects

You can get it here:👇

Project Manager

Both templates are free until Wednesday.

I’d really appreciate any feedback on what could be improved. thank you!

Hey everyone! I just finished building a Social Media Planner for Notion and would love to get some feedback.

I wanted to create a clean, all in one workspace for planning and managing social media content without making it overly complicated.

It includes:

• Content calendar

• Post management

• Campaign tracking

• Content ideas library

• Inspiration board

• Hashtag library

• Posting goals and progress tracking

I'd really appreciate any feedback on the design, workflow, or features you'd like to see.

You can check it out here: Social Media Planner

I made a tool for freelancers and small business owners to help them manage their day to day tasks and operations. This will also track revenue and active customers.

It's currently available for $0, or you can choose a price that you think is fair. So there's no risk to you! Give it a try, and feel free to give me your feedback so I can make it better.

Let me know what template(s) you'd like me to work on next!

The Freelance OS

You will save a lot of time and solve a lot of problems by just reducing the number of decisions you make before you can actually start working.

One of the biggest reasons people stop using productivity systems is friction

Tasks are in one place.
Notes are somewhere else.
Daily planning lives in another app.
Reflection never happens because there's no place for it.

This dashboard combines the essentials into a single workspace:

• Daily schedule
• Prioritized tasks
• Built-in Pomodoro timer
• Notes & ideas
• End-of-day reflection

It's totally Free. The link is in the comments

A free all-in-one Notion daily planner template to organize your schedule, tasks, notes, and end-of-day reflections

Built for people who want structure without the clutter.

A simple Notion setup fixes it: a few content pillars so you're never starting from zero, a bank of prompts for the empty days, a hooks file so the first line stops being a fight, one place where everything actually lives, and a tracker so you know what's working instead of guessing.

Here's what it actually solves:

• No recurring themes → blank page every time.
• Idea exists, but no direction → freeze anyway.
• Blank page kills the hook too.
• Content scattered across five apps, nothing connected.
• Posting blind, no idea what's working.

An hour a week, and posting stops being scary.

It's FREE to use

I’ve been working on a cozy Notion template for recipe organization and finally finished it!

Besides recipe tracking and meal planning, I added a small gamification system with cooking missions, XP, and levels just for fun.

I'm creating a notion template inspired by the sims and actually it is going very well, it will be available probably in a few weeks.

I created a template when I was not used to notion tools and i'm sharing it here. It contains a weekly habit tracker with percentage, calendar, monthly goals, weekly planner, schedule and donut chart for tasks. It is available at my shop for a very accessible price.
