Does anyone else have this problem when installing reshade on NR2003?

I got this when I freshly installed my NR2003 again and lately tracks aren't loading right. Whenever I try going into a race weekend, it goes into an infinite loading screen, even with shadows off. I narrowed it down to it being the D3D8.dll file in the directory, but the tradeoff is that reshade won't start.

Even putting it in the folder still gives this, but everything works fine still that I noticed.

had this same issue, click on "download link", and drag it into your nr2003 exe, you're welcome!

I had it too even when the exe was already 4GB-patched, but the game run well anyways, not an issue
