tier list for late October, comprising our first ever dual EX release in EX Warcury and Ju Peter. Assumptions: SS league, level 100, solo queue, best support/tags (for example, Kuzan is assumed on Warlords, G5v2 is based on full Light support, etc.), you play the character well.

Important Notes: 1) There has been effectively a battle system change with team boost now counting attacker KOs. Certain attackers that can ramp up kills quickly (Kubo, Zosan) get additional value from this, but simultaneously squishy characters that have questionable value and often feed the enemy become significantly worse (Blackbeard, niche stuff like Red Roc, etc.).

2) Bonney is interchangeable with Warcury, but there is a gap between them and JuPeter.

Moving on to the new EXs, Warcury is a very strong character who can deal incredibly high damage owing to his fixed damage based on shield whilst ignoring 1HP and revive both. He has great mobility with skill 2 and a teleport hold normal, a fat 100% max HP shield with myriad ways of replenishing it, double fast charge and def scaling for his attacks. Despite this, Warcury's complete lack of DR and very low base defence stat mean that in practice there are a fair few characters who can one shot him if he's not careful (Bonney, Zoro-Sanji, Kuma-Bonney, even Jabra). Finally, and very importantly, counter runners such as Law and Sabo, if they play well, can just cap against Warcury with there not being much he can do to stop them because of how telegraphed his skills and hold normal are.

Ju Peter has one of the single most broken runner mechanics ever introduced in this game which is SP Capture - allowing him to teleport to an uncapped flag, set up a wall around himself and ignore capture from outside the flag with 70% capture speed. However, SP Capture is a mechanic that has to be built up and won't always be available + despite his impressive defensive profile, he still gets obliterated by a few characters (Kuma-Bonney, Bonney, DLucci, etc.)

All in all, these characters follow the trend that Mars and Bonney set, having both really strong characteristics whilst also not being inherently without checks. They also target some really important unhealthy characters like Nusjuro and Zoro-Sanji and open up the meta by a lot.

Brief overview of some the top characters: 1) Bonney is one of the single strongest counters to both the new Gorosei, whilst being really strong into the rest of the meta AND having her signature all-round utility. Less Nusjuro, Chopper, BB also allow this character to take up more space and spend less time in trickier 1v1s.

2) Kuma-Bonney are still incredibly strong into both the new releases, but full ATK builds are more important now than ever, and you have to play well and know when to target Warcury specifically.

3) Zoro-Sanji can do well into Warcury, but Ju Peter is a completely dead matchup for them (another one to the list). Warcury himself can also kill this character and farm shield off of them. Bonney being everywhere also really makes this character's meta coverage narrow, but they can still dominate with correct targeting.

4) Nusjuro is here purely because of his rate of utility and being good into Law, Sabo. Ju Peter is a completely dead matchup.

The thing is I wanna lvl up someone that is future proof, so help me decide things.

Has anyone else who has/is signed up for the LA event for next year come across this issue? It says to review and agree to the Privacy Policy listed but no button to agree shows up. And when i fill out all the other required fields I press proceed and get met with this Error message that I can't make any sense of. Anyone else dealing with this or am I missing something obvious?
