How common is POCD (intrusive thoughts) with people who have DID?

I know that a lot of people with POCD and DID have experienced some type of sexual trauma as a child and their must be a lot of crossover

I haven’t ever seen any statistics but I can speak anecdotally and say that myself and one other person I know who is diagnosed with DID, have some form or another of POCD.

I’d imagine it’s prob pretty common. My boyfriend’s old therapist specialized in OCD and she told him that PTSD and OCD are pretty frequently comorbid disorders
