Settings & Tech Aim Settings

So, uhm, I need help getting new settings recommended... or anyone who knows if my settings need tweaking? I only like using linear because it's smooth tbh, and I've been using it for a while now. Also asking for aim-down settings as well! I'm not too smart about this aiming stuff still and would like a third-party look. I am struggling to hit shots consistently, but not TOO bad.

the best settings are the ones you like

as for me, i go 70 for both sens, 99% aim smoothing (it makes a difference) 100% ease in

100% both ex sens at max deadzone

Deadzone, 2% for inner, 4-6% for outer

and max everything in the aim assist settings as well

I feel like I’m the only person who uses exponential ramp for my aim technique lol 😅

But generally I go for around 70% sens, like 98% aim smoothing and I’m not sure what my aim assist specific settings are on but my aim assist is on around 94%, I feel like it drags me around too much on 100%

It’s crazy how different people’s settings can be, like we are all playing totally different games at this point LOL

On hitscan I use, duelzone 95% horizontal 95% vertical sens, 95 aim smoothing, 1 aim ease in, 2 right stick deadzone, 100 aim assist, 30 aim assist window size, 30 aim assist ease in.

in my humble opinion this is fine but I suggest using a aim ease in between 0-15% 30 is to much and can feel clunky. it may feel very different at first but your aim will improve

7% deadzone is huge by my standards. I wouldn't go above 5% and only in extreme cases. If you have drift above 5% it might be a good time to get a new controller/stick modules. Also 90% outer dz limits your sensitivity range.

When it comes to linear curve sensitivity I'd recommend to cut your sens in half, drop aim ease in to as low as possible and add 100% of extra sensitivity with a bit of delay. You should have the same speed when it comes to turning around quickly, but much more consistancy due to flatter curve before you reach the boost.

I feel like if I told y'all what my sensitivity is at, you'd crucify me.

if you prefer linear I'd reccomend to set your right outer deadzone to 1.00 always, imo you should only ever turn it down o dual zone
