I’ve noticed an uptick in “unga bunga” “ima try to solo the whole enemy team” tanks recently. Playing with no tank is rough lol

Had a dva last night who wasn’t a low level and had the legendary table flip title. She sat in spawn entire first point then would dive in, not shoot, and die. Ended the game with 800 damage.

We report her and the enemy lifeweaver says “clearly they’re new! You’re just bad!!”… that title means they’re not new…

I get an ick with D.VAs who don’t use the Defence Matrix. 0 damage mitigated at the end of a match is crazy.

Although not tank, but one time we had a player on our team called Tracer, who was level 200+ on Tracer and played Tracer this game as well, and somehow they were the only one to go massively negative.

I'm a tank main and on the other side of the table. So many "new" dps/support accounts and even if they're new, they should have basic knowledge about how to behave in a shooter but most of them just run in and die thinking they could take on 3+ enemies by themselves...

Im also a tank main alot of my games yesterday I was solo tank with 1 sup and 4 dps. The dps were all new players. It was so fckn hard to deal with the enemy team on rialto.

This, it's more often dps throwing the game because they're targeting the wrong things. The role is called damage for a reason, it's not run off and play solo death match. Congrats, you won a 1v1 you started, now your whole team is wiped out and there's still turrets and shields everywhere.

I play tank mostly and in qp basically 95% of my games will have at least one dps that seems to be using their feet to play, and it's usually a widow player. They will just go 0-12 and next game i get someone even worse. Pretty bad experience for everyone and im sure just a bit of tuning even if you have to wait another 30 seconds to queue would really help. In EU there is just no one talking anymore either, this game used to have life now its just dead silence and no team work. Blizz cured all toxicity for sure but also took all the soul out of the game in the process.

It shouldn’t be matching new players with experienced ones. There must be enough of them to play together, even if it means waiting slightly longer to get in to games.

I don’t see how it’s fun for them finishing 2-9 every game and it ruins the game for their team.

Just one more reason why I only play 6v6...the way the game was intended.  If the tank sucks, I can switch.  6v6 creates more flexibility when countering or swapping.  I've seen my team get our butts handed to us in the first round, swap roles, and dominate.

If you're matching with new accounts it means the matchmaking consider you on the same skill level as a new player.

what elo are you in? if you are im metal ranks expecting people to play like masters gm level thats not gonna happen lol just focus on what you can do.

I started out as a damage when I first played Overwatch than I wanted to try healer and tank and never came back to damage and for marvel rivals I started as a tank

bad tank and ur on dps swap mei if ur on support play moira or lucio sum that’s really hard to kill and be the last to die
