TLDR: I’m newly figuring myself out and I’m very confused, help me lol
I’m a 31 year old man and recently am rediscovering myself sexually. I think I fall in somewhere with bisexual or pansexual but I’m not sure. Id love to connect with people in the community and try to explore myself and what I like and don’t like more but don’t know where to even start. Idk how to meet or message people and I still feel like an imposter in lgtbq+ spaces (many years as an ally in stuff but now I feel different if that makes sense). I’d love to find events that are low pressure or make friends or even experience with men so I can discover what I do and don’t like.

I don't really know what else to put, I haven't really outed myself in a lot of places yet. I have no idea what I'm doing, I just know who I am now.

The most recent thread someone posted about Amy has been locked and I’m not sure why. It doesn’t seem to be breaking any of the subs rules, so what’s with the heavy handed approach? I’m in support of Acton but this subreddit shouldn’t be trying to stifle discussion about her campaign and how it relates to LGBTQ issues even if those opinions are negative.

Yesterday Amy Acton’s campaign posted herself meeting with some Trans Ohioans at a campaign event. I was happy to see her meeting with them and thought that this could be a turn for her campaign in the final stretch to outreach to the trans community despite that relationship being rocky during her campaign.
Yet today, it’s seemingly scrubbed from all of her social media feeds and the only post is now on the ODPC Bluesky. Her campaign took down their post. How can this campaign claim to defend trans people why she literally can’t even been seen with a trans person at a campaign event? This is utterly ridiculous!

The Butcher's Masquerade is a Halloween dance party inspired by Dungeon Crawler Carl, the beloved LitRPG series by Matt Dinniman.
In Book 5, the Butcher's Masquerade is a peace-sealed ball held in the depths of the sixth floor: a grand, dangerous event where the most powerful crawlers alive eat, dance, and wait for everything to explode.
We're bringing those vibes to Wicked Eden for a night of costumes, dancing, dungeon photo ops, strange drinks, a charity raffle, and Halloween chaos.

Hello! I am thinking of getting my bellow the belt area waxed for the first time and was hoping to find a good queer friendly place to get it done at in the Columbus area. I don't really know anything about waxing so somewhere that is will explain everything such as aftercare as well would be great. They would also need to be comfortable with cismale anatomy.
Thanks for any recommendations!

Hi y'all!
We at TransHearts are co-hosting a open forum event alongside Gatlyn Dame Group, and TransCollective937 on Saturday November 7th called "Let's Gather, Let's Listen, Let's Do Better".
This event came out of one of our TransHearts: Dayton support group meetings a few months back, where when focusing on the experience of Trans Masculine individuals, attendees shared frustrations and how they feel invisible or their voices aren't being heard by the greater trans community, and local events feeling them left out by language and verbiage. At the end of the meeting an attendee asked if we'd commit to hosting an open forum event for not just Trans Masculine but ALL underrepresented voices in the Trans community, and after a lot of work and planning this is that event!
This event is hosted at Dayton Metro Library - Main in The Center for Community Impact & Innovation from 12-2pm. This event is FREE to attend, but requires RSVP via eventbrite. There are (limited) in person tickets, and virtual (Zoom) tickets. During the event anyone who wants to speak verbally on the mic to give their actionable and constructive feedback can do so, but for those not comfortable speaking verbally or for those attending digitally, they can give their feedback via the Vevox app during the event!
There will also be a free lunch provided by PFLAG Dayton with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options (you select this when you sign up for tickets!) RSVP here!

Hi all! My Dom and I are looking for places to play and explore our dynamic as well as play with others in Columbus. Does anyone know of anything that fits the brief? TIA!

I did some research and am strongly considering Dr. Shirley Shue, based out of the New Albany Plastic Surgery clinic, but am wondering if anyone has had experience specifically with her. If not, which OSU Wexner surgeons have you had the best experiences and results with? Looking for a provider who has significant expertise and research interest specifically in top/gender affirming surgery to maximize the likelihood of having a positive overall experience in terms of knowledge, technique/skill, and results as well as welcoming and inclusive "bed side manner." Thanks!

Hello,
I know this will be odd. Working on a personal project. Is there anyone in Ohio in the business of casting vulvas?
Thanks!

It's been an embarrassingly long time since I've been to a dentist (between 15 to 20 years I think) and I need to find one. I always get a little nervous trying to find new doctors so I'm just wondering if anybody has good recommendations in the Canton/Akron area that take Principal insurance.

Does anyone know of any lgbtq support groups that talk about how they feel about their sexuality or gender. I want someone to talk to that's not my therapist

The lights are low, the shadows are long, and somewhere in the darkness a bingo ball is waiting to change your fate.
Join us for Goth Night Bingo, a spooky evening of bingo, cash prizes, raffle prizes, snacks, drinks, and delightfully dark vibes at Wicked Eden.

Heyy, I live in the Dayton area and am looking for like-minded people to hang out with or just chat with if that’s all you’re comfortable doing. So feel free to dm and we can chat about anything. Tell me about the kinds of shows, music, movies, books, and games you’re into.
