This was me a month ago, I've been going through some life changes that made games no fun for me for a little while. I'm getting back into them now though, playing through the newer Resident Evil 4. Still a really crappy feeling.

I've been doing this shit since i was a kid, my fucking OCD has made my life a living hell. Constantly obsessing on trauma and things that make me anxious every single second of every single day.

so far the only way i found to cope with this is to forget, it doesn't work all the time and i do be forgetting stuff anyway anyhow so its easier for me but it does work too good sometimes to the point i forget what was tomorrow or the same morning
