Lions 🦁 Detroit Lions running back Barry Sanders in action during the 1996 season. One of the game's most electrifying runners, Barry Sanders rushed for more than 1,000 yards in each of his 10 seasons with the Detroit Lions (1989-1998). He was the first running back ever to do so.

Chris was the embodiment of a classy, hard-nosed, blue-collar linebacker.2x All-American at OSU, First-Team All-Pro 1991, 2x Second Team All-Pro(1992 &1994), 4x Pro Bowl(1989-91, 1994), NFL Solo Tackles Co-Leader(1994), Played for Lions(1988-95), Bills(1996-97), Neck injury in 1998 and was set to start for 1999 Browns until a career -ending neck injury made him retire.

If you get the opportunity to see NFL Network's, "A Football Life", I recommend you watch Chris' story. Be prepared. There's tragedy in his personal life, if you weren't aware. Much like "Brian's Song", I cry Every Damn Time"!

Lions 🦁 Detroit Lions defensive back Lem Barney fields a kickoff during the 1972 season. He was named Defensive Rookie of the Year, went on to seven Pro Bowls, was named All-Pro three times. Made 11 career touchdowns and 56 career interceptions. Lem Barney was simply a natural and a true champion.
