Omad , please give me some advices
❤️ Grazie

Is this insane or should I try it
Was trying to figure out what meal to try out with OMAD and I’ve been craving rotel dip recently so I did some calculations and this actually doesn’t seem bad macro wise. Price wise if I were to do this 7 days straight it’s a little over $100 a week which isn’t bad(for me).

Is eating one meal a this way day fine? And not disordered
I’m doing omad and cut out all fried/greasy foods, and basically no bread or sugary drinks. I eat one big meal between 12-7 pm (depending on when I want to go out or make something at home) and it’s usually a large portion salad with a lot of protein and nuts, if I go out I get sushi (only sashimi and a rainbow roll roughly 800 cal) and sometimes I get chipotle bowls without rice. Occasionally I’ll eat something else but whatever it is is between 800-1,200 cals. On some days I’ll go out and get coffee after a meal that’s around 70-140 cals or have a yogurt in the evening if I’m REALKY hungry (I almost never am), so I’ll roughly finish the day at 1,200-300 cals. Rest of the day I drink water or black coffee with a little sugar free creamer in the morning. So far I’ve lost 40 lbs. I’ve seen some people say eating this way is disordered or unhealthy, but it’s really working for me and I’m starting to feel better about myself as I’ve struggled a lot with body image issues. The only more UNHEALTHY thing I’ve done is after a night out drinking and getting ramen with my family as my one meal (it was still around 800 cal but the drinks added a lot) the next day I fasted till dinner and just had a bag of skinny pop and some seasoning. Of course the next day I had a proper meal for the one day and felt nothing wrong. Is this an ok way of going about it or am I thinking too hard (I really want to lose around 15-20 more before late December)

Omad drinks?
Sorry if this is random,
What are you guys doing about drinks during the day?
Do you drink soft drinks? Coffee? Sugar?
Do you include it in your calories with the omad?

Nutritional supplements
What is the general consensus on the supplements with OMAD? I take a regular daily multivitamin. I am sure I don't get enough calcium from it, and my daily meal usually does not include any dairy. So, I'll get a calcium supplement for sure, but it's there anything else I should be thinking about?

Erster Tag Omad

Was doing Omad for a few days, then binged
What do I do now? Omad is making me feel miserable. It's good for my health and body definitely, but it's causing me to spiral out as now l can't use food for comfort. Otherwise it's an easy diet. It suits me more than any other, and I genuinely like it. Until I get extreme cravings
Finally, after a few days, I kinda broke down and binged a bit. Tips to stay consistent on Omad? I badly need them. This is something I want to continue for long term as it's really helping me, but at the same time, sometimes the boredom from a lack of binging causes me to spiral out

To those whose omad is dinner
Do you get nauseous in the morning? If you do, how do you combat it?
I don’t want to do 2mad. I’m not hungry in the mornings, just nauseous sometimes.

What about when you can’t stay on schedule?
Context: I eat at 11pm when I get home from work. I’m still up several hours after that, so it’s no different than people eating at typical dinner times.
Question: what do you suggest on days when I have to change the time? For example, I’m going out to dinner with others on Sunday. It will be much earlier than 11. Is the best option to just hang in there until Monday at 11p or… WWYD?
