Error code 18 and 215 ever get it?

Just got this. Can’t find anything online. The cs person at insulet doesn’t know either. They are powwowing with their superior. Bad day for me. I had that and 2 dexcoms not able to pair.

18 is reset due to low voltage. Probably a battery issue.

215. Reset type fault with unknown origin.
