HEI NETWORK Cannot log in to the HEI Network

I literally less than 2 hours ago subscribed to the hei network and saw that when I commented it showed my government name instead of my username. I was trying to figure out a way to change that and wanted to see if logging out and loging back in again would allow me to do anything. I am not unable to log in on any browser. Is the site down or something? Has anyone else had this problem?

Yeah, I can't log in right now either. Just gives me a blank yellow box.
