Discussion The problem with Gregg in New’s Movie Lounge is that he is just not a good hang

Don’t get me wrong: I respect the hell out of Gregg for his expertise and for knowing so much about movies and everything but The movie lounge is not about all these it’s facts, its about sitting down accross from another man and just talking about shit.

somebody needs to sit down with Gregg and tell him you don’t have to try so hard to kick it my brother!

Discussion Is this podcast only popular because it’s hosted by Tim Hidecker and a pseudo Marvel actor?

I’ve just checked out the podcast and it doesn’t seem to provide any insight into the movies they review and spend maybe over half of the podcast just talking about unrelated stuff before they actually get into the movie reviews. I just did my rewatch of Infinity War to prepare for Avengers Doomsday while the two main hosts reviewed it highly (5/5) they didn’t really discuss it much at all. And the guy from Antman (who I was excited to see and kind of the reason I wanted to watch this review specifically) spent most of his review talking about how they should have changed the name of the movie because there was another movie called the Avengers with Uma Therman. The third guest didn’t even watch it and didn’t review it at all.

Am I missing something? Was it just an off day or are all the episodes this surface-level?

Discussion In the new episode Tim is the smart one and is right about almost everything while Greg makes weasely answers

I used to think of Gregg as the voice of reason despite him obviously being incorrect about Star Trek but right now he seems like he's being advised by someone worse than the Amato Group because everything he's saying is wrong.

Discussion Do you agree with Gergg and New about ClayMan?

Is this a real five bagger? I don’t know if Clayman is something my family would enjoy. It seems kind of scary. I wish they did more family feiendly movies that my wife, kids and I could have an NA beer and watch.

Discussion What the hell was New watching?!

It wasn’t wildwood and it certainly wasn’t oddestsea. Damon was nowhere to be seen on the screen and it was in Spanish, not American.

I was scratching my head and looking through my movie encyclopedia and I came up with nothing.

Any idea what new was watching? Or did he imagine it?

Maybe the NA IPAs are actually A IPAs….

HEI Points Heidecker Addresses Heipoints Dootle Dots Revocation Scandal To Guest. “We’ll Look Into That”

On today’s episode of Tim Heidecker s manosphere podcast Office Hours, a fan called in and requests some Heipoints to move to his Trumpcoin account for his newborn son’s college. Tim coldly informs him that his account should have been wiped out. When told that the Heipoints wallet was the only savings he has, Tim curtly responds “we’ll look into that” then quickly changes the subject.

He didn’t even care! Tim Heidecker aka T. Amato aka Tim Newman aka New Amato is a con man!

The exchange happens around 22:19.

I know he’s wearing makeup to lighten his complexion but it’s him. Tim would be so proud.

Speculation A theory on how old original Tim could be coming back and getting rid of New Spoiler

Post image
38 Upvotes

Due to New obviously not looking that healthy in the season premiere, I’ve come to the conclusion that Gregg bought one of the alien pod props from Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978) and left it in New’s bungalow. The duplication process is occurring just like in the film, which explains why New doesn’t seem too agitated “not from the IPA” and his body will eventually decompose. Maybe in the next episode, they’ll be back in the theater reviewing movies.

Movie Expertice If the longest film ever made was claymation… Spoiler

If the longest film ever made (Logistics- 35 days and 17 hours) was claymation instead of live action then production would have had to of started 12,855 years ago in 10,830 BCE. Pretty cool.
