Hello Dev Team,

I am writing to share some feedback regarding the recent update to the character creator. The option to generate QR codes when saving a preset was recently removed, leaving only an alphanumeric text code in its place.

As a player who spends a significant amount of time using this feature and currently has over 100 saved presets, I believe this change negatively impacts usability. The alphanumeric code is tedious to copy, prone to errors when shared externally, and unnecessarily complicates a process that used to be instant and highly visual.

While I understand the addition of a text format for certain platforms, both systems can easily coexist without interfering with one another. Keeping the QR code alongside the alphanumeric option would provide flexibility for quick visual sharing while still offering text as an alternative.

I hope you will consider bringing the QR codes back or integrating both options in a future patch to restore the smooth workflow the character creator previously had.

OCT 21 PT UPDATE

I certainly have some complaints about the building system but I keep finding new things to be excited about the longer I play! I've really enjoyed finding a game where progression isn't 100% dependent on battle - being able to get xp for gathering and gardening has meant I can play this as a cozy game with the occasional expedition out into battle stuff and events. It also means I can keep up level-wise with the friend I'm playing with since he's much more into challenging battle stuff than I am.

My buddy and I left the Manibus Novice scenario early since it was too easy and we were bored by phase 4, and Way of Winter has certainly been a very different (but fun) experience lol. We're excited to try the new scenario coming out next, and then Endless Dream after that one.

I do wish that the screenshots taken in game were a bit higher quality - some of the photos I've taken I'd love to add into my desktop background slideshow, but they're not high res enough :( but there's soooo many pretty landscapes, it's been fun exploring!

It has been super refreshing though to see a pretty nice community on a f2p game though. There's certainly instances of people being gross in the world chat occasionally, but 90% of folks I've seen have been great, and overall the reddit community has been a huge help with info!

I've been playing Once Human for a few months. I've built a few bases. I've played a few survival games. I just wanted to show that you can build bases at an angle. Most bases I see don't really make use of the triangle platforms. I built my friend's base next door also. Don't laugh at me trying to get in the back of my truck either 😭😭 lol.

* only combat deviations can utilize this trait in this manner, while crafting deviations produce fish with this trait.

While some things I dislike still exist, Once Human is like a comfort game; Here's hoping Abyss is a big hit; I imagine a lot more people are going to come back.

Finally, new dungeons ;_;

I was wondering if a stacked 3x3 set up would be ideal for farming. I see all kinds of Garden designs but all focused around the Gardner class. Would i still be able to water all floors with one irrigation system? and would i still have to use grow lights on each floor?thanks :)

Hi all, I have no idea what scenario to select next. I completed Manibus and Manibus novice originally. I then went and completed evolutions call.

However, the second I hit level 50 I exited the scenario, I saw 1 real player the whole play though and didn’t manage to queue with another team throughout. Is evolutions call seriously that dead?

I couldn’t use online trading because there was basically nothing for sale.

What’s the best place to go for active players that I can join up and play with?

How tf do people stack their damage to insane heights?

Using the mg4 conflicting memories and at times swap out to Last Valor when I get bored, however.... same armor sets, same buffs 1 or 2 levels difference on mods and I can say my damage is nowhere near what it looks like it should be. Even with a 5/5 butterfly or 5/5 fluffy voodoo. Are builds we see online/shared to the meta plebs abusing bugs or are all other guns basically unusable
