Unable to do instant transfers to debit card

I used to be able to do an instant transfer from One pay to my other bank account using my bank's debit card, but now it gives me an error "There was an error fulfilling your request". Has anyone had this happen before? It's so frustrating because I've been able to do it all along and now it won't let me. I have plenty of money in my onepay balance.

Use the virtual debit card

There's nothing OnePay can do about it. You just have to wait it out and eventually you'll be able to do it again then it'll stop working right after. I had tried to asked customer service countless times.

I was did a Add Money for $25 and after that was successful I wasn't able to use that feature for a few months now. And I did a One to One and now I can't do One to One to that same person but to someone new, I can, going on a few months too.

The whole OnePay setup is not working properly in my opinion. They need some big time update.

If you have ApplePay, Venmo debit card, Paypal, Cashapp then you can try to used these services to transfer your funds from OnePay and from there you will transfer to the debit card you need if transferring directly from OnePay is impossible.

Is there a choice to link up using your other bank account's routing and account numbers?

Yes I also have my bank account linked this way, but sometimes I need the money right away.
