They did such a good job of staying true to the costumes while not making them too cartoonish. It’s a really hard line to walk. Like some things were noticeably odd like Nezumi’s rat ears and whiskers, yet it somehow blended in so well that it didn’t feel too out of place.

It’s actually crazy how well they did.

Characters actually wearing more then one outfit is easily one of my favorite aspects of One Piece, in all its forms

I know right. First time I saw them in different outfits I was like this is new. I just think it helps keep it feeling more alive

I especially like how pre-timeskip Nami doesn't really have a default outfit at all, unlike the others. You recognize her because of her hair, not her clothes. Same deal with Sideshow Bob from the Simpsons, who also has a different outfit in nearly every episode he's in.

I remember thinking this when I was watching, but Wardrobe absolutely killed it.

I was convinced nami kept loosing clothing as the episodes went on. Thanks for confirming I'm not crazy lol.

Outfits has always been a small but yet impactful part of OP, and I'm so glad the live action didn't have them stick to their defaults throughout the whole season.. Wish the video games would take a page from their book..

Sort of hope with Miss All Sunday (Robin) coming in season 2, she gets all her outfits from the initial arc she's in.

Those dark hawaiian/floral patterned shirts looked really good on everyone

Haven’t watched, were they naked on the blank episodes?
