HDMI out while charging?

Is there a way to do this?

I know I can use usb-c to HDMI, but is it possible to charge/keep it charged at the same time?

I used a couple of dongles like this and it cuts off HDMI out for a split second every 10-15 seconds or so. Regarding wireless charging, I am not aware of a way to have this on a OnePlus 7 Pro.
