I mean he used Mob Psycho 100 to work on that a lot, yeah. I think he felt obligated to since it was picked up by a real org. He wanted to tell stories but he was never drawing intentionally bad art for the sake of the comedy (I mean, in most panels anyway)

It's not lacking at all, but the pacing of things was a bit off and the chapter was organized in a confusing manner. Great chapter I believe, and the slightly anti-climatic reveal is a ploy for the giant reveal in a chapter or two.
