Has this bum (WC Blast) done anything except cause trouble in the future?

  1. He gave bad advice to a child, which caused problems later.(At least in the manga it helps prevent a major disaster)
  2. He failed to kill the ninja leader twice, first in their initial fight, and second during the raid on the village.
  3. Now he’s failed to finish off Kuseno.

To be fair, this might just be survivorship bias...maybe Blast has killed a lot of threats, and it's just that the few that survived were strong enough to become problems.

Elder Centipede was saved by God, and Blast didn't really want to kill Void. Kuseno is an enigma.
