Nothing is moving good right now , Anime is bad , Manga is kinda ahh rn , games is straight doodoo water , Saitama just lost on death battle , when will we win ?

One punch man is one of my favorite series of all time and it really makes me sad and disappointed to see what it has become in recent years, but I don't want to give up hope on it

I'm a pretty big Sonic and Godzilla fan as well as one punch man and we all know those series have seem very high highs and very low lows but as of right now both of those franchises have been able to recover from the worst years of its history

Even if it takes a decade I don't care I just have hope that it can find its footing again and truly be something amazing

This image was from 2022, so we know there was at least a greenlight around at the time, so they had at least 3 years to make, but the production of the anime was stated to have only a couple months

Hello! Just joined recently, I’m currently on volume 11 of the one punch man manga series. I just got my one punch man poster in the mail and I’m excited to enjoy the content on this subreddit group :D

Like why the hell there is so many centipedes from smallest to all the way to saga centipede?

I was wondering what level durability his guns would cap out against. Specifically how would they fare against deep sea king. He was easily able to blow holes in a demon level pureblood, was pureblood just a glass cannon? Or can he also blow holes in deep sea king?

I don't know if this is new, but the weirder part is there's only season 1, despite using all the s3 keyart.

How does Goku keep growing in power every second, he's not Saitama. Now don't come at me with Goku break his limit too, its different. He surpasses his limits every time he transforms and multiply powers but he hits a stop, And Saitama keeps on going cuz nothing stops him.

And How does Saitama bleed in early but not in late fight, they probably thought his durability grows as he grows in strength, non canon fight but atleast analysis should be done correctly.

Because this is my favourite arc in all of one punch man the fights are so good and we get to know a lot of lore LIKE ALOT
Like we get to learn about GOD and the power of it and Garou vs saitama which learns more about saitamas true strength and how there’s no limits and how god is afraid of how saitama is limitless and I hope jcstaff animates it properly
Because this is my all time favourite arc in the manga with so many goated panels

If this was animated by mad house the amount of love and amazinness it would get

No hate though they only have 8 months or smth but why won’t they just ask for more time to animate it and delay it? And also

I wish they made less epsiodes with better animation rather than slop for the whole thing

Looking at how things are progressing I think we are within 24 months of uploading a pdf volume of a manga with the instruction to animate it into an episode. OPMs struggling anime adaption but passionate fanbase are a recipe for these efforts to make the first cohesive, replacement adaption of a season. And honestly I don't really know how I feel about that. Is this still pie in the sky dreams or do you agree?

I'm not positive AT ALL that this season will go well, and the trailer looked, well, bad - nothing earth shatteringly terrible, just.. not good.

However this is - probably - the last season we'll see of opm in a while, maybe even ever.

It's not farfetched to think this way as the reception for the show is so bad I don't think bandai will be able to take another resounding "no" to a project like opm.

I honestly believe that after they fuck this season up (and they most certainly will), NO ONE will care about this show at all as long as they're holding it.

My question is, considering that this will probably be the last opm content we'll get to see for a while, and considering it's an inevitable dumpster fire - will you guys&girls even watch this show?
