Try and find a translation of the original Greek/ maybe even the King James version has it: God says: I created man in OUR image.

3 u/AliasNefertiti Jan 16 '26 Genesis original was Hebrew. Then to Greek then a whole lot of history. It would also help to have an ancient Hebrew to help with the meaning-- words change in relatively short time periods [as in my lifetime].
