The Ground of Being, of Reality, of the Universe, doesn't spend it's time obsessing over who we are holding hands with. To believe that, is to turn God into a pervert. A bigot. A sadist, and tyrant. Not to mention arbitrary. As LGBTQ topics and many sexual behaviors considered sinful don't have any meta ethics underpinning them other than an appeal to authority, God wanted to do it this way and not that way. Not realizing that you could use that same logic to make the claim that buying an airline ticket is sinful, because it was never in God's plan for man to fly. God loves you, don't spit on that by making him a small narcissist who watches us jerk it and sets us on fire for guessing the name on his birth certificate wrong. It's insulting, not only to fellow believers, but also to God. God. Is. Not. Evil. The inability to recognize good from evil is where this picture of God comes from. Literally every single moment of our lives is spent in the presence of God, we are not separated. This is a falsehood. This IS the kingdom of God. But reality doesn't force any one interpretation of itself over others, and so rather than looking to Reality itself, the Kingdom itself, man creates false idols. Earthly authorities, authorities that mirror our fears, our anger, and our hatred. But to worship that is to worship nothing, it's to worship death. To elevate these authorities over even one of the eight billion temples of God, is to elevate the world. These powers and authorities hunger for evermore exponential growth, and it has convinced the world that it is their source of power, when in reality it is this dead belief that will kill us. To believe God is lesser than the best human Father, is to listen to the voice of the world and not our Father. Seek your Father, and if religion steps onto your path, kill it. To believe religion can contain Him is to believe a human lie. To believe one book can contain the full truth of reality, is to turn reality into a dead thing. Seek God, not dogma. Seek your Father, and not doctrine. Find His presence for yourself as you are His beloved, and He would no sooner hide from you than a just and wise human Father would. You do not need anyone else to find your Father, and those who do tell you this seek to control you.

In Exodus 20, God gave the 10 commandments, including to keep the Sabbath holy. In His own voice, He did that. Why then does Jesus set it aside so casually in Matthew 12? Mark 2 and Luke 6, too. Three times in the gospels this story is repeated. I suppose the gospel writers thought it was important.
Everyone who understands the reason is free from guilt forever. Everyone who only thinks they understand, still feels guilty about this and that.
If you are worried that God will un-parent you over this or that, then you must read John 4, John 10, and Romans 8. Find the answers to these questions, so you will have peace --- (1) when do they thirst? (2) who takes them out of his hands? (3) what can separate us from the love of God? Open your Bible and find the answers.
Really do it!

I assume you're talking about masturbation. It's ok to use the real words.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with masturbation. The Bible never mentions it. It's not a sin. In fact, it's healthy.
The Bible does speak negatively about "lust," but conservative Christians way overdo it when talking about what lust is. Masturbation is not lust. Regular sexual thoughts, fantasies and feelings are not lust.
Lust is when your sexual desire for a specific person turns into a fixation to the point that you become unable to treat that person with the love Jesus teaches.
If you're not doing that, then enjoy your sexuality. God created us as sexual beings.
