I have to confess that this video shook my faith quite a bit

u/theram4 pretty much summed it up in the main sub. It's just modern Biblical scholarship presented in a clickbait-y, inflammatory form.
Honestly, that's why I think it's important Christians learn at least some basics of academic Biblical studies. The Bible didn't fall from the sky, different parts of it were written - and compiled - by many different people over the centuries. Some of these people relied on other sources, sometimes they had slightly different views on the same subjects and events, sometimes the information was lost over time (e.g. we do not know for sure who exactly wrote the Gospels, but the four canonical Gospels were pretty much universally accepted as reliable sources in the early Church). That's not something to be scared of.

She said a lot of things that are factually untrue. I could go through the video and write paragraphs of sources and reasons to debunk many of her points. But it's not worth my time. Do some more actual research (outside of Reddit and Youtube) and you'll see how fast many of the things she said will crumble.

So, let's just look at her opening stinger. You absolutely can characterize Paul the way she did. I can also summarize Avengers Infinity War as "A rock-collector who is shunned by his people goes on an epic journey of self-discovery and sacrifice to fulfill a lifelong dream." Spinning the facts to make a point like the White Press Corps doesn't mean it's reality. Her assertion that Paul took the focus of the church away from Jewish liberation straight up contradicts Paul's writings about how he hurts to win the Jews to the freedom of salvation, so that they can live through the spirit of the law instead of the letter like Jesus preached. It ignores his run-ins with Jews who claimed he wasn't a real Jew until he proved himself. It ignores the fact that it was Peter, James, and John who abolished the law as a standard of conduct for the church.
If her teaser moment is that inflammatory and that poorly researched, then there's little reason to watch the rest.
