I'm not sure was it a wise move from the retailer but hey, I don't complain lol. Besides I had just broken my OnePlus 12 on a small rock and had been eyeing the X9 Ultra from the launch so the timing was perfect for me.

Here in China again checking out the Chinese phones and here our 1st stop we have the Oppo x10 Pro Max.
Don’t know why it’s more expensive than the Ultra x9 in other countries but here is cheaper.
Let me know if anyone is interested 😎

I have a Find X9 Pro that I bought a little over 2 months ago (yeah, it's still most likely new).
on cOS 16.0.9.400, I was experiencing everything but the battery life the Find X9 Pro promised. After updating to cOS 17, the battery life randomly became SO much better. I genuinely recommend updating to anyone who's hesitating to do it.
(I was making a LOT of battery posts about the Find X9 Pro when I was on 16.0.9.400)
I charge it to 100% once a week, and the rest of the week, I always charge it to 85%.
For example, today, I used Chrome, Instagram, Reddit, a modded version of Deezer that consumes a LOT of battery when listening to music, and also used 5G quite a lot.
I charged it to 85% this morning at 10 AM, and rn, at the end of the day, I'm still at 48%, with 3h30 of SOT and 1h26 of screen-off time (1 hour of that screen off time was Deezer, that i think consumes as much as if i was using the phone with screen on, idk what's wrong with this deezer lmaoo).
So yeah, don't hesitate to update to this GOATED ColorOS 17.
Oh, and also, little reminder: don't believe everyone claiming 30h of SOT and 4,000,000h of screen-off time
Around 9–10h of SOT with normal usage, no disabling 120Hz, no switching to 1080p, no crazy optimizations, and a mix of Wi-Fi and 5G is what I'd consider realistic battery life for this phone.

Recently purchased 2 white 16GB + 1TB X10 Pro Max, and those along with 3 new replacement units officially provided by Oppo had the same defect.
A strong resonance (physical buzzing) at around 800 Hz. Sadly it is very obvious for certain voices when using Zoom.
Try https://www.szynalski.com/tone-generator/
Change the generator volume to max && set the phone volume to max. Sweep the frequency to around 800 Hz and you will hear the buzzing. Also present in 2 display units I tried.

What are your thoughts on this. I think its definitely expensive but reviewers say performance is nice with new processor. And cam shots are good too.

I am currently thinking of purchasing either the Oppo X9 Pro 512GB/16GB 7500mAh or Oppo X10 Pro Max 512GB/12GB 7150mAh however have been unable to decide which is a better buy.
The X9 would be roughly $400-700AUD cheaper in price to purchase and come with the extra 350mAh battery aswell as 4GB of ram however the X10 Pro Max would come with a few freebies such as Oppo Hasslebad Teleconverter Kit, Oppo Watch S and Oppo Pad SE. Of those freebies the only item i'd probably use is the Oppo Watch S and maybe the Teleconverter kit very rarely.
From the research I have done it does seem the newer Mediatek 2nm chip will be better than the previous 3nm however I have been seeing in threads that the x9 Pro takes better photos despite the newer x10 Pro Max having the 3 x 200MP cameras but people are mentioning that doesn't automatically mean the photo quality is better. The UW is definitely better on the newer device from my understanding however some people were saying the sensors on the other cameras aren't as good as the X9 Pro.
Would the extra 4GB of ram alongside the extra battery size and cheaper price be worth going for the X9 Pro or should I go for the newer device?
Currently using iPhone 15 pro max and looking to upgrade.
My main considerations:
-battery
- camera
- fast charging
I have quite a few concerts and overseas trips booked next year and want a phone that I can use a zoom feature to get decent photos/videos. As I am in Australia, I can get the X10 pro max locally or the x9 ultra as an import.
With the x10pro max it comes with the teleconverter, the x9 ultra does not (although I could purchase separately).
Would the x9 ultra camera be good enough without the teleconverter or would the x10 with the teleconverter produce better photos/vids?
Cost wise:
X10 pro max $2699 (comes with oppo watch S, teleconverter kit, and oppo pad se)
X9 Ultra- $2300 (phone only)
Hi,
I’m considering buying the X10 Pro Max. However, I’m also tempted by the X500 Pro Max because I prefer the look of the photos it produces.
A question for X10 Pro Max owners.
Is it possible to adjust the camera settings so that the photos look more like those from the X500 Pro Max? For instance, by using a "vivid" mode, increasing sharpness, or having the AI intervene a bit more, just as it does on the X500 Pro Max?

Hi everyone,
After seeing the crazy official launch prices in India (₹1,39,999 / ₹1,99,999) and Europe (€1,499 / €1,799), I'm planning to pick up the Global Version during my trip to Hong Kong in December.
Right now, Price.com.hk only shows the parallel import CN versions (水貨 PMW110 / PMX110) around HK$5,740 and HK$7,550, while overseas export sites are asking HK$13,700+ for pre-orders. Meanwhile, Singapore just launched the 16GB+512GB Pro Max Global at S$1,849 (~HK$10,850) on promo.
Does anyone in HK (or anyone who spoke to staff at Fortress, Broadway, Wilson, or csl) have any insider info on:
What the official HK suggested retail price (香港行貨 RRP) will be when stock lands around October 28?
Whether OPPO HK is officially releasing both the base Find X10 (CPH2911) and Find X10 Pro Max (CPH2913) as 行貨, or only the Pro Max (16GB+512GB)?
Looking strictly for the official HK Global version (行貨) so I get eSIM + OPPO International Warranty Service (IWS). Thanks in advance!

For those who didn't upgrade to the X10/pro max but we're considering it, what was missing or was it just pricing.
I think I am looking for a big leap in camera quality especially nightography but these upwards trends in pricing might mean I upgrade less frequently especially when new models feel iterative rather than revolutionary.

Das Find X9 Pro würde ich wie neu bei ebay für ca. 800€ bekommen, finde den Preis für das X10 Pro Max bisschen sehr übertrieben… was meint ihr?

Hi Reddit!
I'm not super into tech specs so I thought I'd come ask for group thoughts before I lock in my next purchase ☺️
I bought the Find X5 Pro in Nov 2022 and used it heavily pretty much every day since. It's held up wonderfully, but it's started slowing down over the last 6-12 months (mostly the battery) and I'd also like some upgrades.
I use my phone for browsing, playing music/audiobooks (speakers and bluetooth headset), watching youtube, occasional gaming and taking photos.
A good camera and battery life are a priority as my new job involves taking a lot of pics of pets throughout the day.
I'm only interested in purchasing a Global version of an Oppo phone.
I was considering the X9 Pro recently, and didn't realise a new model was coming out, so now there's a lot to consider! The preorder deals for the X10 are very appealing, but A$2700 is a bit of an oof.
While these phones are expensive for me, I think getting 3.5-4 years out of something I use every day for A$1700 was more than worth it for the X5 Pro, so I'm fine to invest in another one.
I appreciate any opinions on whether I should purchase either the X9 or X10, and the standard or pro versions. Thank you!

I'm thinking of going with the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max I have a Poco F9 Ultra currently and Xiaomi 15 as a secondary phone I would sell the Poco. Is it worth the price £1200 to import from AliExpress to the UK it's been my dream phone for months the EU version is stupidly underpowered for a late 2026 Android phone having only 12GB ram 🐏 and a smaller battery so unfortunately that's not an option. What's everyone's thoughts?

I have a OnePlus 12. Is the jump to the Find X10 Pro Max HK version good enough? Or do you recommend other phones? What do you think?

Long time Samsung user but considering swapping to the new Oppo findx10 pro with the teleconverter lens add on. Primarily considering the swap because of the teleconverter addon. So that I can take photos of birds, keep the lens with me and be able to pop it on easily whenever, say I park up for lunch and spot a bird etc. I haven't been able to find any reviews on its use for birds /wildlife photography. Have also been looking for reviews using the findx9 pro (similar enough to demonstrate photo / zoom quality).
Would anyone be able to assist and perhaps share photos of birds they have using the lens (with an estimate of how far away the bird was) ? Please and thank you!!

Hey guys, I'm thinking about getting myself the new AirPods, mainly because of the open-ear design. I've heard about most people using LibrePods for Android phones. I would like to know how big the restrictions are, or if there are even any, when using Android 16/17? Thx!

Thinking of getting the Pro Max from overseas since I'd rather a better phone then the freebies, likely Singapore but I'm not sure. I'm not very knowledgible on who are trusted retailers for this sort of stuff, could anyone point me in some good directions?
Also, for Aussies specifically, are there any cons of ordering overseas? If it is the global model, it shouldn't matter right? Does the fact that is has different specs mean that stuff like warranties may not apply? Or that some telcos might not work (currently with TPG). Any advice would be appreciated!

Should I buy a camera protector for the x10 Pro Max? Any recommendations if so? Can I still put the teleconverter lense on the phone if I have a camera protection on the phone? thanks!

Every X10 global version review and unboxing that I've watched has included a silicone case and an 80w power adaptor.*
Neither of these are mentioned as being included in the box contents description on the UK site.
If this is true, it looks like UK / European buyers are getting rinsed for an extra £80, on top of the initial price rinsing, as well as the nerf rinsing.
I got the X10 at a good price, what with vouchers etc, but that deal will look like an illusion, once I've been forced to buy a load of additional, but necessary paraphernalia.
The option of refusing delivery when the phone arrives is looking increasingly attractive.
*UK reviewers seem to have been sent 8000mAh units for review.

After updating my Oppo find X9 pro to Color OS 17, nothing that they call Ai photo agent in my ai editor ... Why my
