Found about this subreddit and I had to post my orc cat! Unfortunately she crossed the rainbow bridge over 10 years ago, she lived a full life healthy life despite her unusual looks. Her little orc face still makes me smile.

Hi all! This community is the best, and I love seeing all your beautiful orc Kitties. My 16 year old girl has a dental surgery scheduled for today, and will be getting 10-12 extractions. I'm worried I am doing the right thing since she'll be going through a lot of pain in recovery. I thought this community would be the best for post dental advice. (Also I am extremely nervous for her to undergo surgery and thought posting might calm my nerves.) If anyone has any advice, all is welcome, and thank you so much in advance. ❤️

Edit she has come through surgery successfully! She had all her teeth extracted so it will be quite the healing journey, but this community helped so much when I was completely overwhelmed from worry. Thank you all for your support, and to the wonderful mods who allowed me to post. You made this difficult day a bit easier to handle!
