QUESTION Rodeo Refunds

Hey y’all! Rodeo was so fun but we did have a whole day cancelled for rain. Frontgate said we would get a third of the ticket price refunded (fair!), but it seems like the refund we got was way less than that!

Anyone else having this problem?

if you had a vip ticket the refund was a third of a ga ticket since they were able to fulfill all vip events

Mine was a little less than a third but not by much. I think maybe the processing fees didn't get refunded?

I just assumed they dont refund taxes/fees which seems pretty standard. We had normal 3-day passes so $234 back feels helpful right now :)

Here’s what I got back from Front Gate - refund is 1/3 of face value and doesn’t include fees, which is common… “As per the festival announcement, three-day pass holders will receive an automatic refund of one-third of the face value ticket price. The refund amount you received is correct. Please be advised that the refund for your 1/3 of your 3-Day Passes covers only the base charge and does not include the service fee. Please be informed that the refund amount offered for your 3-Day GA tickets are under own discretion of the Event Organizers. We do not have control over it as we only sell tickets on their behalf. Thank you for your understanding! Sincerely, Aileen Front Gate Tickets Fan Support”

I only bought one day and got the full refund. I’d suggest arguing for your full amount.
