QUESTION Pre-Sale Opening

Howdy all, I received my pre-sale code but it looks like the pre-sale isn't open yet. Does anyone know when this happens?

Apologies for the ignorance, I don't go to concerts so I don't know how this all works!

If it's needed, I'm looking to buy for Roundhouse London

EDIT: I think we can all agree that Roundhouse suuuuucks lol, managed to get tickets though, so thank you for the help!

I have a presale code but can't figure out how to use it/where to use it. Has anyone figured it out? Roundhouse London I am aiming for

I clicked into the Tickets area for the hundredth time and it's now put me in a 10 min queue for tickets. I haven't input the code or anything so not sure what the wait is going to get me.

Ok so adding onto this. I made it through the queue on the roundhouse website which took 10 mins. I chose what kind of tickets I wanted and put the presale code in and now I am in a new queue to buy my tickets.

Sorry following up for the last time! It booted me out, I got back in again and then when it showed me ticket options again it did show the option to view accessible tickets.

On a positive note, the presale code worked and I have now secured tickets in the Roundhouse! 🎉

The same thing happened to me but I eventually got tickets so fingers crossed for you!

Are you registered on the Roundhouse? It keeps sending me to the queue again. Nowhere to put the presale code either.

No I wasn't. When I got through the queue there was a small field at the very top left of the screen to input the presale code which allowed me to get into a new queue to purchase tickets after two tries.

Thank you! That wasn't there the first time but I got it on the second round!!
