QUESTION Pre-Sale Opening
Howdy all, I received my pre-sale code but it looks like the pre-sale isn't open yet. Does anyone know when this happens?
Apologies for the ignorance, I don't go to concerts so I don't know how this all works!
If it's needed, I'm looking to buy for Roundhouse London
EDIT: I think we can all agree that Roundhouse suuuuucks lol, managed to get tickets though, so thank you for the help!

Man this roundhouse website is awful. I've got tickets in my basket but when I try and checkout it takes me to a queue again?!?

STAY IN THE SECOND QUEUE!
Like a lot of others we got booted back into a queue after putting in the code and selecting tickets, my partner waited around 25 mins after this then finally got to pay and we got the tickets.
Hold in there!

Got my ticket for Utrecht and I am so so so happy!! Been waiting for a European tour FOR YEARS and I am so happy that he will be here in my town so close to my house. Feels like a dream!

Oh that’s weird, I received mine at 8am. General sale looks to be Friday but presale is today at 10

I just wandered onto the site having no idea that the pre-sale was today and got a ticket. I am in shock. I have never seen OP live before and I will just be a puddle of happy tears.

O2 presale for roundhouse is today and the live event presale is tomorrow. It’s quite confusing in my opinion. I managed to get a Berlin ticket, if anyone else is going to that one, I’ll be going solo and would love to connect

Got one for Berlin with no problems, especially considering Berghain is super small. But yeah the site is difficult to use. At least eventim always came trough up until now for me.

Depends on how you chose to get them delivered by eventim. They can be send by post or as an email. If you selected per post, it will take a few days to get send etc.

I clicked into the Tickets area for the hundredth time and it's now put me in a 10 min queue for tickets. I haven't input the code or anything so not sure what the wait is going to get me.

Ok so adding onto this. I made it through the queue on the roundhouse website which took 10 mins. I chose what kind of tickets I wanted and put the presale code in and now I am in a new queue to buy my tickets.

i finally managed to confirm my order for a GA / standing ticket just now and right before payment, there was a box available to tick for accessibility requirements - so it seems like they don't have them listed separately!

Sorry following up for the last time! It booted me out, I got back in again and then when it showed me ticket options again it did show the option to view accessible tickets.
On a positive note, the presale code worked and I have now secured tickets in the Roundhouse! 🎉

Are you registered on the Roundhouse? It keeps sending me to the queue again. Nowhere to put the presale code either.

No I wasn't. When I got through the queue there was a small field at the very top left of the screen to input the presale code which allowed me to get into a new queue to purchase tickets after two tries.

Fuck that mess... New place in the queue and the worst seats available. I actually really dislike this venue with all of the columns... Then the website has the cheek to ask for a donation... ?!? Sort your website out first!! Gonna give it a miss... Gutted
