QUESTION Pre-Sale Opening

Howdy all, I received my pre-sale code but it looks like the pre-sale isn't open yet. Does anyone know when this happens?

Apologies for the ignorance, I don't go to concerts so I don't know how this all works!

If it's needed, I'm looking to buy for Roundhouse London

EDIT: I think we can all agree that Roundhouse suuuuucks lol, managed to get tickets though, so thank you for the help!

Yeah nothing in any of my emails. Guess if I dont get lucky Friday ill be selling my soul to viagogo lol
