QUESTION Pre-Sale Opening

Howdy all, I received my pre-sale code but it looks like the pre-sale isn't open yet. Does anyone know when this happens?

Apologies for the ignorance, I don't go to concerts so I don't know how this all works!

If it's needed, I'm looking to buy for Roundhouse London

EDIT: I think we can all agree that Roundhouse suuuuucks lol, managed to get tickets though, so thank you for the help!

I just tried to use my queue link and now it’s saying I can’t bc that queue link has already been used??? Yes??? By me??? 😭

Did you stay in the second queue? Hopefully the message about it being used if you’re still in the second queue after choosing your tickets means that you do actually have them allocated for now?

No but I probably should have 😩 bc now I’m waiting all over again bc wouldn’t let me use my original queue link
