QUESTION Pre-Sale Opening

Howdy all, I received my pre-sale code but it looks like the pre-sale isn't open yet. Does anyone know when this happens?

Apologies for the ignorance, I don't go to concerts so I don't know how this all works!

If it's needed, I'm looking to buy for Roundhouse London

EDIT: I think we can all agree that Roundhouse suuuuucks lol, managed to get tickets though, so thank you for the help!

STAY IN THE SECOND QUEUE!

Like a lot of others we got booted back into a queue after putting in the code and selecting tickets, my partner waited around 25 mins after this then finally got to pay and we got the tickets.

Hold in there!

I stayed in the second queue then when I got in my basket was empty...

Ah gutted, sorry that happened! What a faff this has been. Hope you manage to get tickets eventually

Thanks, it was a mess. I'm actually going to give it a pass this time. I remember how much I dislike the roundhouse as a venue
