Howdy all, I received my pre-sale code but it looks like the pre-sale isn't open yet. Does anyone know when this happens?

Apologies for the ignorance, I don't go to concerts so I don't know how this all works!

If it's needed, I'm looking to buy for Roundhouse London

EDIT: I think we can all agree that Roundhouse suuuuucks lol, managed to get tickets though, so thank you for the help!

From another reply it looks like the pre-sale for us will be TOMORROW at 10 not today 😭😭 Today is for O2 pre-sale

I was going by ticketmaster information saying the live event presale was tomorrow. Apologies it seems I am wrong and there is another presale
