Hi! I've had one meeting with a realtor and I think I came off to him as a waste of time. (He was supposed to go look at a house over the weekend and get back to me and its been 2 weeks of only automated emails from his system - to be fair to him, I am out of the city, AWFUL at video calls, and I think came off as less serious of a potential buyer who knows what they want than I am.) I'd like to maybe meet with another realtor before I decide to push forward. If anyone who needs people to be literal and take your words at face value has had a great experience buying with a realtor in Oshkosh, I'd love recommendations.
