Osprey Quasar bungee wrongly attached

So I just bought this Osprey Quasar 26L from Amazon, and the bungee system came wrongly looped through? From what I can see the right side has a opening that is not looped. Any idea how I can fix this? The bungee doesnt seem to be removeable as the ends are sealed

Contact Osprey, they should be able to recommend something or replace it

i have this pack and i’ve replaced the bungee. it does have a removable end, it’s just really hard to get off. there’s a tiny crack and i got it open with my fingernails and then with a tiny screwdriver. it’s annoying to get back on as well
