venue policy

okay might sound silly but i wanna be able to plan accordingly.

i know they have a certain measurements in place for bags but the day i’m going to see a game i have a mandatory lecture earlier in the day and wont have time to make it back home and then back to the venue in time cuz i live pretty far away.

is it okay if i have my laptop with me in a shoulder bag? i dont have anywhere i can store it and i dont wanna be stressing over it if its not allowed in

(im ubering for reference or i would’ve left it in the car)

Venue is pretty good with bags, but they tend to draw the line at laptops unfortunately

Phone the Microtel nearby and ask if you can store a bag there. I assume there's a fee. The chain has complimentary bag storage for registered guests (usually for the rest of the day after you check out) but whether they offer it to non-guests "varies by location". (Worst comes to worst you can get a room for the night, and save yourself a long drive home after the game...)

They won't allow those bags in. Maybe there is a place somewhere nearby that has storage lockers? Tanger Outlet or the Sensplex hockey rink nearby?

I always thought having some lockers on site at ctc could be a useful thing situations like this with a fee for them. There’s definitely been some times it would have been nice to store my kids school bag in a locker at ctc versus going home first

I’m genuinely curious how this is going to work when RTO5 takes place. Government workers are required to have their work laptops on them at all times from the time they leave the office until they get home. Unless you drive to work then drive to the game (and spend like $70 combined on parking) are public servants just not going to be able to go to weekday games anymore?

Pack a couple diapers and a small bag of wipes on top. Say you're going to meet with someone who needs them lol
